BREAKING! Bende Traditional Rulers Endorse Their Son, Mascot For Abia Gov., Crown Him Aka Ekpuchi Onwa 1 of Bende

The governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party (APP) in Abia state, Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu has added another feather to his cap as he bagged a chieftaincy title, “Aka Ekpuchi Onwa I” of Bende.

Chief Kalu, a former Chief of Staff to the Abia state government bagged the Chieftaincy title after a meeting by the Council of Bende Traditional Rulers at the palace of His Royal Majesty, Eze Uwaekwe O. Ukaegbu (JP), Ofufe II of Amaofufe, Igebere, wherein the council unanimously his candidacy, stating that power should return to the Abia North Senatorial District of the state.

The delighted Chief Kalu who was overwhelmed by such a Royal gesture and endorsement assured them of his commitment to transforming Abia state while adding that he will not be the Governor of Bende and Abia North alone, but will be a Governor for all the three senatorial districts of the state.
